NOW HIRING: Customer Support Representative
LOCATION: Centennial Chrysler Dodge, Jeep, Ram – Montague Prince Edward Island
HOURS: Full time, permanent, 40+ hours per week. Monday – Friday 7:45am – 5:00pm.
WAGES: $40,000 to $50,000 per year + benefits (negotiable based on experience)

JOB TASKS:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, in person or over the phone
- Document customer concerns and vehicle issues accurately.
- Provide information on service options, costs, and timelines.
- Schedule appointments and manage service workflow effectively.
- Communicate with technicians and team members for timely repairs.
- Keep customers updated on repair progress and address concerns.
- Present service recommendations based on inspections and diagnostics.
- Coordinate with the parts department for necessary components.
- Maintain accurate service records.
