Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a point of contact for tenant concerns alongside Maintenance Manager
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to ensure tenant issues are resolved efficiently and effectively
  • Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations for two industrial mall properties in Central Bedeque and Kensington
  • Perform inspections to ensure buildings and grounds are safe and well maintained
  • Maintain landscaping and outdoor areas, including lawns, walkways, parking areas, and general grounds upkeep
  • Perform and supervise daily cleaning of office spaces and common areas
  • Conduct minor repairs including painting, carpentry, and general upkeep
  • Ensure all facilities are kept neat, tidy, and maintained to a high standard
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications

  • Grade 11 student or higher required
  • Previous experience in building maintenance, property management, or facilities operations is an asset
  • Basic knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and general repairs (painting, carpentry, cleaning, etc.)
  • Professional, approachable, and responsive to tenant needs

Job Details

  • $18/hour for 35 hours per week until the end of Summer
