Casual Event Staff – Bounce PEI
About Bounce PEI
Bounce PEI provides inflatable rentals, interactive games, face painting, and balloon twisting services for events across Prince Edward Island. We help bring energy, excitement, and fun to birthday parties, school events, festivals, community celebrations, and corporate events.
We are currently looking for enthusiastic and dependable Casual Event Staff to join our team.
Position Type
This is a part-time casual position with hours primarily taking place on weekends and evenings, along with the occasional daytime shift during the week. Hours will vary depending on bookings, events, and seasonal demand.
Job Responsibilities
- Helping set up and tear down inflatables, games, and event equipment
- Monitoring inflatables and supervising children to ensure safe play
- Assisting customers and interacting with children and families in a friendly and professional manner
- Keeping event areas clean, organized, and running smoothly
- Loading and unloading equipment with the team
- Supporting face painting, balloon twisting, and other entertainment services when needed
- Representing Bounce PEI in a positive and professional way at all events

- Friendly, outgoing, and reliable
- Comfortable working with children and the public
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Physically capable of assisting with lifting and moving inflatable equipment
- Dependable and punctual
- Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Experience is an asset but not required – training will be provided.
