Job Description:

At BOOMburger, the restaurant manager plans, organizes, directs, controls and evaluate the operations of restaurant.

Managers run smooth daily shifts, lead the team, and set the pace for the restaurant. They mentor and train great crewmembers, build shift assignments, and coach performance to keep everyone working at their best. They make sure food quality, systems, procedures, cleanliness, and service are always up to BOOMburger standards. The restaurant manager also steps in to handle guest concerns quickly and positively. The restaurant manager monitors inventory, place orders, watch sales and labour, work with suppliers and service and maintenance workers to ensure BOOMburger operates as it should.

Employment requirements:

  • Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is required.
  • Several years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required.
  • Completion of First Aid, and a Food Safety Certificate are required.

FULL TIME, YEAR ROUND POSITION

RATE: $21.63-$29.63 / HOUR

37.5 -44 HOUR / WEEK
