Job Description:

Bogside Brewing is looking to add a Server/Bartender to their team.

Consistently provide our guests with beverages in an efficient, friendly and informed manner, while maintaining a positive and cooperative attitude. This role varies depending on the level of business:

1. To greet and serve all guests and respond to any inquiries

2. To handle guest concerns, compliments & suggestions in a friendly, informed manner

3. Learn and maintain knowledge of all of our beers, ciders, seltzers and non-alcoholic beverages

4. General knowledge of cocktails

5. Maintain and serve Cans to Go Area

6. Prepare beverages promptly and accurately

7. Maintain cleanliness behind the bar, taproom and beer garden/patio.

8. Maintain stock and fill online orders for delivery

9. Must demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with our guests and other team members

• Desire to be part of a team and contribute as such

• Valid Responsible Server Certificate

• Ability to assert authority and make sound judgments with confidence

• Cash handling skills

• Commitment and Reliability—must be able to be present and on time, as well as prepared to work

• Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time and carry at least 30 lbs comfortably

• Availability for days, evenings & weekends

• Able to work May through October

• Age 19 and over
