Vendor Relations Coordinator – Permanent Full Time

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and relationship-driven Vendor Relations Coordinator to join our Foodservice division. In this role, you will support our vendor programs, marketing activities, and day-to-day operations while maintaining strong and professional relationships with our vendor partners.

Location: ADL Foodservice, 400 Read Drive, Summerside, PE

Key Responsibilities

Vendor Relations & Program Coordination

  • Onboarding of new vendors and maintaining up-to-date vendor documentation in line with vendor policy.
  • Coordinate vendor marketing commitments and program submissions.
  • Manage vendor programs and rebates, including reconciliation and data collection.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and assist with business reviews.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for participating vendors, maintaining strong professional relationships.

Marketing & Sales Support

  • Execute marketing activities such as sales presentations, flyers, booking sheets, social media posts, and food show preparation.
  • Manage eCommerce promotions, social media posts, performance reviews and tracking.
  • Assist with sample inventory, distribution, and vendor promotional initiatives.

Administrative Support

  • Facilitate office activities and support general administrative functions.
  • Maintain organization of shared spaces, including light upkeep of the innovation kitchen.
  • Support internal communication and staff engagement activities.
  • Complete required company training and assist with other related duties as needed.

Qualifications 

  • Diploma in Business Administration or proven experience in a vendor relations role is preferred.
  • Proven excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with data, numbers, and preparing reports.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, eCommerce platforms, or social media management would be considered an asset.
  • Experience working in an ERP environment would be considered an asset.
