1858 Caesar Bar is Canada’s first Caesar Bar, specializing in over 30 Signature Caesars along with our famous Build Your Own Caesar experience. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service in a fun, energetic environment where every guest feels welcome.
We are currently looking for a Part-Time Team Member with the opportunity to move into a Full-Time position. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in hospitality, with the potential to grow into a Supervisor role.
Experience is an asset, but not required. We provide comprehensive training in all areas of the restaurant.
Compensation
- Starting wage $17.00 per hour

What You’ll Be Trained In
As a member of our team, you will receive training in every area of the restaurant, including:
- Bartending and preparing our signature Caesars, cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Serving guests and providing exceptional customer service
- Food preparation and kitchen operations
- Opening and closing duties
- Stocking, cleaning, and maintaining all work areas
- Cash handling and point-of-sale operation
- Following food safety, responsible liquor service, and health & safety standards

The ideal candidate will:
- Have full availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Be available to transition from part-time to full-time as business needs grow.
- Be reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Have a positive, friendly, and professional attitude.

- Be eager to learn every position within the restaurant.
- Work well independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills.

Schedule:
- Part-Time with the opportunity to become Full-Time
- Must have full availability
- Day, evening, weekday, weekend, and holiday shifts
- 8-hour and 10-hour shifts as required
