Weekend Brunch Line Cook
161 Pub & Eatery is looking for a reliable and motivated Weekend Brunch Line Cook to join our kitchen team. We are a fast-paced pub and eatery focused on fresh-to-order comfort food with a Canadian pub menu and European influence. This role is ideal for someone who works well under pressure, stays organized, and takes pride in preparing quality food consistently.

Weekend Brunch Line Cook
Part-Time / Casual
Weekend availability required (Saturday & Sunday mornings through early afternoon)
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook brunch menu items during service
- Set up and stock stations before service
- Maintain food quality, presentation, and portion control
- Work efficiently during busy brunch rushes
- Follow recipes, kitchen procedures, and food safety standards
- Keep the kitchen clean and organized throughout service
- Assist with prep work, cleaning, and opening duties
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
Qualifications
- Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working mornings and weekends
- Food safety certification is considered an asset
