In March 2026, the participation rate in Prince Edward Island was 66.5%, 0.1 of a percentage point lower in comparison to February 2026. Compared with March 2025, the rate is 0.3 of a percentage point higher. By comparison, the participation rate for Canada was 64.9% which represents a decrease of 0.4 of a percentage point in a year over year comparison.
