After School Program- Ratio Support Worker

Camp Gencheff is a not-for-profit organization that provides services and programs to children and adults with physical and intellectual disabilities.  Camp Gencheff focuses on a barrier-free environment with recreational activities for it’s clients.

Camp Gencheff is looking for 3-4 reliable, fun, positive-minded individuals who are willing to work during the week days (2:30-5:30 Monday- Friday); weekends and on Professional Development days.  Counsellors must be flexible, have experience or are comfortable working with individuals with disabilities.

Ratio Support staff are responsible for;  

• Assisting campers with all required needs (dressing, bathing, eating etc)
• Participating in activities communicating all needs of campers to Site Supervisor or Director
• Supervise campers in a group setting, lead and modify activities for all campers
