Job Description:

The BOOMburger Inc. Restaurant Manager leads the operation of the restaurant. The Restaurant Manager has overall responsibility for directing daily operations, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, building and equipment maintenance and repair, inventory management, crew management, recruiting, hiring, termination, retention of crew members, financial accountability, and ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer. The Restaurant Manager is also responsible for adhering to all Prince Edward Island Environmental Health Department standards and overseeing operational safety.

Employment requirements:

  • Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is required.
  • Several years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required.
  • Completion of First Aid, and a Food Safety Certificate are required.

FULL TIME, YEAR ROUND POSITION

RATE: $21.63-$29.63 / HOUR

37.5 -44 HOUR / WEEK
