Wellington Construction is lookin to hire a Construction Labourer (Full-Time)
What you’ll do:
- Assist with concrete work — setting and stripping forms, tying rebar, and helping on pours
- Assist carpenters with wood framing, steel building erection, and finish work
- Move and stage materials, keep the site clean and organized
- Measure, cut, and fasten under direction
- Learn the trade hands-on — we’re happy to train the right person
What we’re looking for:
- Some experience necessary — a good attitude and willingness to learn matter most
- Comfortable with physical outdoor work in all seasons
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Able to lift 50+ lbs
