NOW HIRING: Motorsports Service Advisor

LOCATION: Centennial Auto Sport & Tire – Summerside, PEI

HOURS: Full time, Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm and Saturday mornings from 8am – 12pm.

WAGE: $18.00 – $23.00 per hour + benefits (negotiable based on experience)

You are a customer-focused and highly organized service professional with strong communication, problem-solving, and administrative skills. You are comfortable assisting clients in person, over the phone, and online, while confidently addressing concerns, recommending maintenance and repair services, and clearly explaining estimates, pricing, and required work. You combine technical curiosity with exceptional customer service, organization, accuracy, and a genuine commitment to helping customers find the right solution for their service and parts needs.

APPLICABLE SKILLS:

• Customer service, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of parts, maintenance and repair services.
• Ability to explain cost estimates and necessary work clearly.
• Organizational and paperwork management skills.
• Payment collection and cash handling proficiency.
• Attention to cleanliness and workplace organization.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Greet clients in person or over the phone.
• Assist the Service Manager with client concerns.
• Recommend maintenance and repair services to clients.
• Review cost estimates and explain necessary work.
• Schedule service appointments efficiently.
• Manage paperwork, including opening and closing Repair Orders (ROs).
• Collect payments and balance the cash daily.
• Source repair parts using catalogs,
• Maintain a clean work environment to improve efficiency.
• Assist customers with parts inquiries, both in-person and online.
• Identify and source motorsports parts and accessories based on customer needs.
• Provide pricing information for parts and services.
