Need: Bar/Nightclub Manager
Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island
Looking for a day manager for PEIs only 2SLGBTQIA+ friends and allies, night/social club.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Fearless, organized, and passionate about making a difference in the community.
- A natural leader with strong communication and team-building skills
- Deeply committed to creating inclusive, safer spaces
- You should have:
- 1+ years of bar or business management experience
- Experience with event planning and coordinating theme nights.
- Experience with ordering products, inventory, and daily bar operations.
- A background in leadership in inclusive or queer-centered environments is a strong asset but not required.
- Familiar with most social media platforms.
Hours & Pay: $17-$23 hr. 20-30 hrs per week.
Compensation will be negotiated based on experience.
Daytime hours.
Possible food handling.
Willingness to learn and take courses/training as required.
