•  Ask questions when faced with complex plans or tricky details—we value clear communication over guessing.
•  Continuously learn and adapt to new techniques, high-end materials, and custom building practices.
•  Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site.

Qualifications & Skills

•  Experience: Proven experience in carpentry (residential/custom home experience is a major plus).
