From interior and exterior detailing to polishing, waxing, scratch removal, and final delivery preparation, you’ll work with a wide variety of vehicles while using professional equipment and products to consistently deliver outstanding results.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Previous automotive detailing experience is considered an asset but is not required.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract.
• Comfortable driving full-size pickup trucks and a variety of vehicles.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Vehicle Detailing: Clean and detail new, used, and customer vehicles to Township’s high standards. Complete interior and exterior cleaning, waxing, polishing, shampooing, scratch removal, and additional detailing services as required.
Delivery Preparation: Prepare every new vehicle for customer delivery, ensuring it is clean, polished, and presentation-ready for an exceptional ownership experience.
Quality Standards: Inspect every completed vehicle to ensure it meets dealership expectations with zero comebacks while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Lot & Facility Appearance: Help maintain an organized and professional dealership appearance by ensuring vehicle displays remain clean and orderly. Complete daily lot inspections and confirm all vehicles are secured before leaving each day.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Service Departments to ensure vehicles are completed on schedule while contributing to a seamless customer experience.
Safety & Efficiency: Operate dealership vehicles safely, maintain a clean and organized work area, follow all safety procedures, and consistently work efficiently without compromising quality.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Starting wage of $18.00 per hour.
• Full Time (Monday-Friday 7AM-5PM and some Saturdays when required).
