Bartender – David’s Restaurant

Rodd Crowbush Golf and Beach Resort is well-established hospitality brand known for delivery exceptional guess experiences across Atlantic Canada. We are committed to providing high quality service in a professional and welcoming environment.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Bartender to join our team on full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages while ensuring excellent guess satisfaction and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Handle cash and process payments accurately
• Follow all safety, health, and liquor regulations
• Solid knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wine, and local beer draught
• Monitor guess satisfaction and respond to inquiries
• Prepare inventory or purchase requisitions as needed to replenish supplies
• Perform other duties as and when assigned by the management team

Key Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with handling cash and using POS systems
• Detail oriented, organized and efficient
• Have high quality of standards for service
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Be able to work independently with little supervision and as a team member
• Responsible Beverage Server Certification required
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

This is a seasonal position, running until October with the opportunity to extend or move into one of our year-round properties during the winter.
