Come join the Front of House team at our 5-Star property that features our showcase Fireworks Feast nightly in-season.
The Inn at Bay Fortune seasonally operates (May to October) a 21-room heritage inn property on the shores of Bay Fortune in eastern PEI. Come enjoy our beautiful surroundings and play an integral part in delivering elevated guest experiences, a true event of story telling and culinary learning nightly as a Server on our Front of House team.
As a Server, you will interact with our guests on our farm-to-table, over 400 varieties are grown and cultivated on-site by our farm and foraging team that are integrated into our daily menus. You will lead guests through our outdoor oyster hour and various tasting stations and then transition back in-house for our 5-course meal that features live-fire cooking and world-class pastry programming.
You will be a part of a collaborative team environment, where you will be supported by Front of House Leadership, Sommeliers and a Service Support team, while also working alongside our Guest Services and Fire Brigade teams to create memorable guest experiences.
We do 1 seating daily of up to 70 guests who visit us from all over the world to experience the fine dining experience that has been cultivated by our Proprietors, Chef Michael Smith and Chastity Smith.
