Job Description:

Job Duties

  • Load, unload, and transport construction and home heating materials to and from work sites.
  • Assist tradespersons such as HVAC technicians, installers, and bricklayers with heating equipment installations.
  • Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and possible hazards.
  • Operate hammers, drills, grinders, and other hand and power tools safely.
  • Erect and dismantle ramps, scaffolding, and temporary work structures.
  • Perform routine site clean-up and assist with loading company service vehicles.

Employment Requirements

  • Education: No formal academic degree or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset but training will be provided (or specify if they require 1-2 years experience).
  • Language: Basic conversational English is required to maintain site safety and follow instructions.
  • Physical Capabilities: Must be able to lift heavy materials, work outdoors in various weather conditions, and stand for extended periods.
