About Us:
We are a locally owned cottage accommodation business in Cavendish, PEI, committed to providing clean, safe, and comfortable accommodations for our guests.
Responsibilities：
- Perform general maintenance and minor repairs in cottages, motel rooms, and common areas
- Assist with swimming pool cleaning and maintenance
- Lawn mowing, trimming, and general groundskeeping
- Basic maintenance of lawn mowers, golf carts, and other equipment
- Assist with seasonal property upkeep and improvement projects
- Work closely with housekeeping staff, front desk staff, and management
Qualifications：
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
- Basic maintenance and repair skills
- Experience in carpentry, plumbing, mechanical repair, or related trades is an asset
- Valid driver’s license is an asset
- Ability to perform physical work in an outdoor environment
