COWS is hiring a dependable and detail-oriented T-Shirt Press Associate to join our production team at the Creamery. In this hands-on role, you will support the daily operation of our t-shirt printing press, helping ensure high-quality products and a clean, safe workspace.

Responsibilities
- Inspect printed t-shirts to ensure quality standards are met
- Assist with setup, operation, and teardown of the t-shirt press
- Clean and maintain tools including squeegees and putty knives
- Mix inks according to production needs
- Keep press area clean, organized, and safe
- Perform basic maintenance on printing equipment
- Support other areas of production or departments as required
- Follow all health and safety procedures
- Complete additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Ability to follow instructions and processes
- Previous production or printing experience is an asset (not required)
Work Conditions
- Prolonged standing throughout shifts
- Repetitive tasks
- Exposure to inks and cleaning chemicals (WHMIS training provided)
- Use of PPE as required

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts (daytime hours)
- Job Type: Full-time, Seasonal
- Location: COWS Creamery, Charlottetown, PE
- Reports To: Manager, T-Shirts Production
