Tenman Electric services all areas within PEI, the majority in Prince County / Central PEI. The successful applicant must have a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and will be expected to arrive at shop location in Prince County daily, then will travel with fellow employees to jobsite, unless another arrangement is agreed upon otherwise.
This job tackles large, detailed jobs unique to the electrical industry. Work sites include residential, agricultural, industrial, and commercial settings. This is a full-time, year-round position but part-time may be considered for the right fit. Apprentices may also be considered, based on experience and ability to learn.
The applicant must be reliable, honest, dependable, and ready to work on a consistent basis with a great attitude. Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
This position is labour intensive and involves indoor and outdoor work. Experience in construction and the ability to learn new skills are a must.
Tenman Electric works closely with local trades. The applicant must be able to work respectfully with all tradesmen on the jobsite.
Starting rate is $28 / hour, but is negotiable depending on experience.
