Job Description:

Job Summary
The Cultivation Worker supports all stages of plant production in indoor, greenhouse, tissue culture, and harvest environments. Duties include cloning, transplanting, pruning, harvesting, cleaning, and maintaining healthy plants while following company SOPs and Health Canada regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clone, transplant, prune, and trellis plants
  • Assist with harvesting and trimming processes
  • Operate and clean cultivation equipment
  • Maintain clean and sanitized work areas
  • Support daily production schedules and inventory tasks
  • Follow health, safety, and compliance procedures
  • Work collaboratively with cultivation teams

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Horticulture/agriculture experience considered an asset
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Must pass a criminal record check
  • Must be 19 years of age or older

Physical & Environmental Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Comfortable working in hot, humid, and fast-paced environments
  • Ability to wear PPE including gloves, masks, and respirators
  • Comfortable working around cannabis plants and cleaning products
