Job Description:

East Coast Realty is growing, and we are looking for a motivated, organized, and people-focused Real Estate Assistant to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping people, and takes pride in keeping things organized and running smoothly behind the scenes. The successful candidate will support our broker and brokerage operations through administrative assistance, transaction coordination, client communication, and marketing support.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the broker and brokerage staff
  • Manage appointments, schedules, and client communications
  • Assist with preparing and organizing real estate documents and transaction files
  • Coordinate with clients, lawyers, mortgage brokers, inspectors, and other service providers
  • Support listing preparation and marketing efforts, including social media and online listings
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
  • Assist with open houses, events, and office coordination
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation and communications

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using computers, email platforms, Microsoft Office suite of products, and social media
  • Experience in administration, customer service, marketing, or real estate is considered an asset
