Atlantic Bug Busters is seeking a reliable and motivated Pest Control Technician to join our team. Based in Freetown and serving communities across Prince Edward Island, this hands-on position involves residential and commercial pest control services including rodent control, mosquito spraying, insect treatments, trap & release, and community black fly programs.
Applicants must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and around insects and rodents on a daily basis. A valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record is required. Strong communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and flexibility for occasional evenings and weekends are important. Experience with trucks/trailers and mechanical aptitude are considered assets.
Wages range from $20–$30/hour depending on experience and qualifications. Starting wage will reflect experience level and training requirements. All required training and application licences are covered by the company.
