Fryday Sundae Café operates at the former Captain Kidd’s Dairy Bar (Cavendish) and former Decker’s Dairy Bar & Grill (Brackley Beach) locations. Our St. Peter’s Bay location operates together with Rick’s Fish ’N’ Chips & Seafood House.

We are a fast-paced seasonal restaurant serving burgers, seafood, fries, fish & chips, and other summer favourites to locals and visitors enjoying Prince Edward Island.

Both experienced cooks and entry-level applicants are welcome. No experience is required — training can be provided for motivated applicants who are willing to learn.

Location: Cavendish

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items such as burgers, seafood, fish & chips, fries, and other fried foods
  • Follow kitchen recipes and food preparation standards
  • Operate kitchen equipment such as fryers, griddles, grills, and prep stations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
  • Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed
  • Work efficiently during busy service periods
  • Support other kitchen team members when needed

  • Multiple locations: Cavendish / Brackley Beach / St. Peter’s Bay
  • Full-time position (35–40 hours/week), with part-time or seasonal flexibility available
