Duties & requirements:
- Routine building maintenance and repairs.
- Perform or assist with contracted repairs and renovations.
- Regular Safety and preventative maintenance checks on buildings.
- 24 hour emergency call-out when required.
- 3-5 years experience in a related discipline.
- Superior customer service skills and professional conduct is required.
- The ability to work independently.
- Must have a current Divers abstract with access to a vehicle.
