We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the restaurant run smoothly, from staff management to food quality and customer satisfaction.

Duties

• Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging teamwork.
• Conduct interviews, hire, train, and develop employees to ensure high standards of service and performance.
• Lead the end-to-end coordination of private events and large-party bookings, from initial inquiry and menu planning to flawless on-site execution
• Oversee daily operations including inventory management, cash handling, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Ensure exceptional food handling practices are followed to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Manage the Point of Sale (POS) system effectively for accurate transaction processing.
• Monitor customer feedback and address any concerns promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality food presentation.

Experience

• Proven experience in team management within the food service or hospitality industry is essential.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Experience with cash handling procedures and familiarity with POS systems is required.
• Knowledge of food handling regulations and best practices in the food industry is preferred.
• Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
