Summary: Be part of a professional, high-volume kitchen. You’ll execute menu items to brand standards for Crafters and Famous Peppers, work cleanly, and move quickly during service.
What you’ll do
- Prepare menu items to standard (BBQ proteins, burgers, sandwiches, sides, and pizza prep as needed).
- Maintain a clean, organized station and follow all food-safety cleaning and sanitizing routines.
- Communicate prep needs, plate timing, and assist in banquet prep/pack-down.
Success looks like
- Consistent quality and portion control at speed.
- A tidy station and full participation in cleaning and prep rotation.
