Position Summary
The Ice Cream Bar staff are responsible for ensuring fast, friendly service, consistent product quality, and a positive guest experience.
REPORTS TO:
Ice Cream Bar Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take customer orders accurately
- Answer questions about flavours, ingredients, and menu items
- Provide recommendations when needed
- Handle customer concerns professionally
- Scoop and serve ice cream, sundaes, milkshakes, and other menu items
- Maintain portion control and presentation standards
- Restock toppings, cones, and supplies as needed
- Scoop and serve ice cream, sundaes, milkshakes, and other menu items

- Restock toppings, cones, and supplies as needed
- Operate POS system and process payments (cash, debit, credit)
- Provide accurate change
- Balance cash drawer as required
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Food Safety Certification (or willingness to obtain)
