We’re looking for an energetic and customer-focused Barista to join our front-of-house team. This role is responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a welcoming and efficient cafe environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting, has a positive attitude, and takes pride in creating a great guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, coffee, tea, and other beverages to a high-standard
- Provide friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable customer service
- Take orders accurately and handle cash/POS transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter, and cafe space
- Restock supplies, pastries, and grab-and-go items as needed
- Ensure drink consistency and presentation during busy service periods
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding orders and product availability
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
- Assist with opening and closing duties
