Kitchen Prep Cook / Line Cook
The Seagull Grab & Go Counter is looking for 1-2 experienced Kitchen Team Members to join our fast-paced, high energy environment. We serve coffee, sandwiches, and baked goods in a collaborative, no-drama workplace where teamwork and efficiency are everything.
Position Details
Job type: Full-time & Part-time available
Hours: 40 hours/week (full-time)
Shifts: 8-10 hours
Compensation: $20-$24/hour (based on experience with room to grow)
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble menu items quickly and consistently during high-volume service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Work efficiently as part of a team to keep service flowing
- Assist with prep, line cooking, or pastry production depending on role
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
Requirements
- Previous kitchen experience (required)
- Food safety certification or knowledge (required)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork mindset
- Positive attitude and a professional, drama‑free approach
