Job Summary:
The Waitress/Server is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking food and beverage orders, serving meals efficiently, and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests. The ideal candidates are friendly, attentive, and able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Greet guests promptly and courteously
• Present menus and explain daily specials
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Enter orders into the POS system correctly
• Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
• Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and address concerns
• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
• Process payments and handle cash, debit, and credit transactions
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
• Work as part of a team with kitchen and front-of-house staff
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company policies and procedures

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous serving or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Friendly, positive attitude
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus is an asset
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry trays up to 25 lbs.

Work Environment

• Fast-paced restaurant setting
• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required
• Standing for long periods of time

Compensation

• $17.00 per hour plus tips
