Construction Foreman – Water, Sewer & Road Development
We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to join our team based out of Crapaud, PEI.
We are a locally owned company involved in trucking, developments, and construction projects across Prince Edward Island. We are looking for a motivated individual with strong leadership skills and experience in water, sewer, and road construction to oversee crews and ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.
Requirements
- Experience in water and sewer installation, road building, and site development
- Previous foreman or crew leadership experience
- Ability to read and interpret site plans and grades
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of construction safety practices
- Survey experience (Trimble software) considered an asset
- Valid Driver’s License (Class 1 considered an asset)
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate construction crews on development projects
- Oversee installation of water, sewer, and road infrastructure
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to project specifications
- Coordinate equipment, materials, and crew activities
- Communicate with project managers and subcontractors
- Maintain quality control and site safety standards
