Job Description:

Construction Foreman – Water, Sewer & Road Development

We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to join our team based out of Crapaud, PEI.

We are a locally owned company involved in trucking, developments, and construction projects across Prince Edward Island. We are looking for a motivated individual with strong leadership skills and experience in water, sewer, and road construction to oversee crews and ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Experience in water and sewer installation, road building, and site development
  • Previous foreman or crew leadership experience
  • Ability to read and interpret site plans and grades
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of construction safety practices
  • Survey experience (Trimble software) considered an asset
  • Valid Driver’s License (Class 1 considered an asset)

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate construction crews on development projects
  • Oversee installation of water, sewer, and road infrastructure
  • Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to project specifications
  • Coordinate equipment, materials, and crew activities
  • Communicate with project managers and subcontractors
  • Maintain quality control and site safety standards
