Job Summary for a Certified Early Childhood Educator
The Early Childhood Educator is responsible for providing quality care and education to children in a safe and nurturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and supervise age-appropriate activities and learning experiences.
- Provide nurturing care and support to meet the individual needs of each child.
- Foster social-emotional and cognitive development, including communication skills, empathy, and self-confidence.
- Maintain a clean, safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment.
Observe and document children’s progress through documentations, daily journal report and communicate effectively with families.
