Registered Massage Therapist

Job Description:

We are seeking skilled and passionate Registered Massage Therapist’s (RMT) to join our team at OOAK Wellness. The RMT’s will be responsible for providing professional massage therapy services to clients, promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform massage therapy sessions tailored to each client’s specific needs and preferences.
• Assess clients’ health history and conditions to determine appropriate massage techniques.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including treatment plans and progress notes.
• Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and provide guidance on self-care techniques.
• Adhere to all regulatory and ethical standards related to massage therapy practice.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment at OOAK Wellness.

Qualifications:

• Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) certification from a recognized institution.
• A member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of PEI
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and massage therapy techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to upholding high standards of professionalism and client care.
