Early Childhood Educator (Level 3)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team. The successful candidate will plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities, foster positive relationships with children and families, and ensure a safe, healthy, and stimulating environment.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement daily programming that supports the physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development of children
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
- Observe, document, and assess children’s development
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Guide children’s behavior using positive and respectful strategies
- Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and centre policies
- Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development opportunities
- Communicate effectively with families about their child’s day and progress
Qualifications:
- Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate or Diploma
- Current certification in First Aid and CPR
- Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for early learning and commitment to high-quality child care
