Kinesiologist/Physiotherapy Assistant

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Kinesiologist to join our Stratford team. The ideal candidate enjoys working as part of a team, values client-centered care, and takes initiative in helping clients recover, move better, and stay well.
The ideal candidate will:
- Collaborate closely with Physiotherapists to assist in progressing clients’ treatment plans
- Design and implement work-hardening programs under a Physiotherapist’s guidance
- Perform functional assessments and assist with return-to-work processes
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe gym and treatment environment
- Provide light administrative support, manage inventory, and handle opening/closing duties
- Assist with marketing initiatives and foster a collaborative clinic culture
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach
- Enthusiasm for working with clients to enhance outcomes and achieve goals
- Willingness to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals
