Early Childhood Educator (Level 3)
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator (Level 3) to join our team. The successful candidate will create a nurturing, inclusive, and engaging environment that supports the development and well-being of every child.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate programs that promote children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth.
- Maintain a safe, caring, and stimulating learning environment.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Observe, document, and assess children’s progress.
- Ensure compliance with all provincial licensing standards and centre policies.
Qualifications:
- ECE Level 3 Certification (as recognized by the Department of Education and Early Years, PEI).
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Clear criminal record and vulnerable sector check.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
