Come Join our team! We are a new and unique 12 bed long term care facility under the direction of a nurse practitioner.

You will be providing/assisting with all physical and mental health needs under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will regularly monitor residents’ conditions and document progress. You will work with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for all residents. You will act as an advocate for residents, ensuring their rights and dignity are upheld. You will ensure regulatory compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies. You must have the ability to work under supervision as well as independently. You must demonstrate patience, sensitivity and creativity as well as a compassionate and caring attitude toward the elderly. You must have the ability to lift, move and assist residents as needed. Previous recent experience in Long-Term Care is considered an asset.
