Job Description:
- Full time maintenance worker responsible for routine and preventative maintenance and repair procedures on the building’s interior, exterior, mechanical equipment and utility system.
- Maintain all landscaping , gardens, and flower beds . Stake driveways for snow removal. Shovel walkways and salt/sand as directed.
- Maintain healthcare equipment such as walkers, wheelchairs and lifts.
- Assist in the moving in and out of residents to the home.
- Perform routine life and safety maintenance.
- Perform all tasks with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
- Perform all tasks as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Criminal Record Check is mandatory
