Early Childhood Educator – Level 3

Wildflower Early Years is a new childcare facility committed to providing a supportive environment where children can thrive and grow. We are currently seeking dedicated Early Childhood Educators (ECE 3s) to join our team.

As an Early Childhood Educator at Wildflower Early Years, you will play a vital role in the development and well-being of children under your care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising and engaging children in educational activities that promote their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Implementing age-appropriate learning experiences and activities based on children’s interests and developmental stages.
  • Maintaining a safe and clean environment in accordance with licensing regulations and our commitment to quality care.
  • Collaborating with other staff members and parents to ensure each child’s individual needs are met.

Requirements:

  • Certification as an Early Childhood Educator (ECE 3), as per provincial requirements.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Passion for working with young children and fostering their growth and development.
  • Developing and implementing lesson plans in collaboration with the Director and other team members.
  • Evaluating and documenting children’s progress to support individualized learning goals.
