We are a busy mixed animal veterinary practice seeking a reliable, motivated team member to join our front office team in delivering efficient and caring customer service. Our reception team makes a lasting impression on the clients we serve so strong communication skills and the ability to work well within the team in a fast paced environment is essential. Duties include client communication, scheduling appointments, accepting payment, cleaning of the work area as well as assisting clients and the rest of the team. In this role, you would also be responsible for opening the clinic so reliable attendance for 8am is vital.
Wage dependent on experience and level of qualifications. RRSP, annual vacation, healthcare and other benefits are offered. Experience in client service is an asset.
