Our company is looking to hire a full-time Maintenance Manager.
Candidates should be able to work independently with attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Candidates must be able to multitask and balance multiple duties/projects at one time.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- cleaning
- small equipment repair
- preventative maintenance
- general facility maintenance
- painting
- minor electrical and plumbing work.
The position also requires basic inventory management skills with the ability to forecast and place orders for specific supplies and materials. Successful candidates will be granted autonomy to make decisions and suggestions that improve the overall operation of the facility. Valid driver’s license is considered an asset.
