Our company is looking to hire a full-time Facilities Manager. Candidates should be able to work independently with attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Duties include but are not limited to cleaning, small equipment repair, preventative maintenance, general facility maintenance, painting, minor electrical and plumbing work. The position also requires basic inventory management skills with the ability to forecast and place orders for specific supplies and materials. Successful candidates will be granted autonomy to make decisions and suggestions that improve the overall operation of the facility. Valid driver’s license is considered an asset.
