Job Description:

Inclusions East requires an Operations Director for full time employment to start as soon as possible.  The position includes an extensive compensation package including group insurance, EFAP, HSA and RRSP contributions

The Operations Director is responsible for overall operations of social enterprises and programming at Kingswood Centre including management of staff and clients.

Requires:

  • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or Non-Profit Management
  • A minimum of 2-3 years experience in a management position with exceptional interpersonal skills

Preferred:

  • Course work in Humanities with Disability Specialization; understanding of behavior management
