Virtual Class Instructors

Job Description:

Holland College is seeking enthusiastic individuals to teach virtual classes in the following courses:

• Organizational Behaviour
• Project Management
• Operating Systems
• System Analysis & Design
• Business Communication
• Consumer Behaviour

The ideal candidate will:

• teach virtually via ZOOM one class per week to the EJV students in China with each virtual class being 1.5-hours in the evenings.
• alter the lesson plan and provide opportunities for interaction with students.
• prepare questions for our Chinese instructors to answer during the class.
• give students short activities during the lesson, discussions, presentations, instructor feedback on assignments, etc.
• provide assignments and examinations (with solutions) to the Chinese instructor to work with their students.

Applicants should have:

• Recent relevant education and experience related to the course in which you are applying to teach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous teaching experience would be an asset.
