Our company is looking for a talented Billing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. You will perform a range of duties including preparing various reports and spreadsheets related to billing and receivables, preparing invoices and forwarding to the appropriate contact or department as required.

Ideal billing specialists should enjoy drafting and editing billing files, demonstrating excellent attention to detail abilities. In addition to being an excellent communicator, you should also possess in-depth knowledge of Excel and accounting.

Essential Responsibilities:

Invoice Weekly/Monthly T&M billings
Prepare and edit billing files between the company and clients in our Call Management System.
Handle client questions
Coordinate with clients to guarantee terms of contracts are fulfilled in compliance with the contract terms and regulations.
Comfortable dealing with numbers and the processing of financial information
Ensure both paper and electronic records are kept and orderly.

Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent, Associate degree preferred
Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Clean criminal record check (to be provided by applicant)
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
Ability to resolve customer complaints and concerns
Must be able to work from complex and detailed documentation and/or verbal and written instructions depending on situation
Strong computer skills. Comfortable with Microsoft office and cloud-based computing programs
Must be reliable, have good initiative, committed, and quality focused
Ability to follow oral and written instructions
Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work, including the public
Ability to perform daily record keeping and reporting
Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet tight deadlines
Ability to work in a team-based environment and achieve common goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $42,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
