The Customized Training Department is currently compiling a list of individuals who may be interested in developing short courses for and supporting students in the New Manager Training Microcredential Series.

Microcredentials offered in the New Manager microcredential series include:

• Communication skills
• Human Resource Management
• Performance Management
• Team Building Skills
• Leadership Skills
• Essential Manager Skills
• Organizational Behaviour

Applicants should have:

• Recent relevant education and experience related to the course in which you are applying to teach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous teaching experience would be an asset.
