Morell Credit Union is a growing, full-service financial institution offering the same products and services as other financial institutions; however, we maintain a cooperative, grassroots, personalized approach to serving our membership.
We are very excited to be expanding our credit department and adding the position of Financial Services Officer role to the team.
The successful candidate will provide exceptional member service and build long-term mutually beneficial relationships with our membership by determining and fulfilling their retail credit needs.
Through effective communication, building strong relationships and partnerships, and sales and service leadership, the ideal candidate will develop, pursue and proactively manage assigned member accounts, referral opportunities and walk-in business. The incumbent will work directly with members and provide wise financial advice, compile and analyze information, and grant loans to support members in reaching their financial goals.
